Earlier, the PSSSB launched recruitment to hire candidates for the Group B positions. There were a total of 131 positions open to hire candidates. PSSSB PCB Recruitment Eligibility Criterias 2024
The Eligibility Criterias are one of the most important pieces of information for recruitment. Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criterias will not be able to participate in the selection process for the recruitment. The Eligibility Criterias for the PSSSB PCB Recruitment is as follows:
Age Limit:
In order to participate in the PSSSB PCB Recruitment, the candidates Must be at least 18 years old. On the other hand, the maximum age limit for recruitment will be 37 years, as of January 01, 2023.

Educational Qualification:

Senior Assistant:
A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or, at least 120 hours of computer degree course is required. Also, the candidate must qualify for a test in English and Punjabi typing, with a typing speed of 30 wpm.
Senior Assistant (IT):
B.E. or B. Tech in IT, Electronics & Communication, and Computer Science is required, with a minimum of 50% marks acquired. Or an MCA degree with 50% marks and 2 years of experience is required.
Senior Assistant (Accounts):
Second class B.Com with 3 years of experience is a must-have in a commercial organization. Also, 120 hours of computer course is required.
Technical Assistant:
Master’s Degree in Economics/ Mathematics/Agriculture Economics/Commerce/Statistics with at least 50% marks is required.
Investigation Assistant:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or B. Tech (Civil) with a minimum of 60% marks is required for the position.
Law Officer:
A professional Degree in Law is required with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Advocate or in any equivalent legal position.
Quality Manager:
10+2 is required with at least 3 years course in “Aircraft Maintenance Engineering” with 5 years experience in a reputed Aviation organization.
Personal Assistant:
Graduate with a typing speed of 100 words per minute in Punjabi and 60 words per minute in English Is required. Also, 120 hours of computer course is a must.
Junior Auditor:
B.Com (First Division) or M.Com (Second Division) must be completed by the candidate from a reputed university.
Draughtsman:
Matriculation with Punjabi is required with a two-year certification course in Draftsman Civil from the Industrial Training Institute.

- Register with your basic details to generate a “username” and “password” for your ID.
- Log into the website with the credentials generated during the registration process.
- After that click on “Online Application” again & you’ll be redirected to the application form page.

- Upload all the necessary documents as soft copies, with your photo & signature.

PSSSB PCB Recruitment 2024 Selection process
The selection process for the PSSSB PCB Recruitment will be completed via two simple steps:
- Written Examination:
The candidates will have to take part in a written examination, where they need to complete an MCQ-based paper on the subjects related to their job roles.
- Computer Typing Test:
The candidates will then have to participate and complete the Typing Test. The typing test will be taken in two language mediums, Punjabi & English. Only candidates attempting for the Senior Assistant & Personal Assistant positions will need to participate in the typing test.
Upon clearing the tests successfully, the candidates will be shortlisted.
